WHEN YOU ARE A CLIENT WITH ME, I COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
This means that I am 'data responsible' and thus responsible for ensuring that information about you is handled securely and correctly. Data in this context means information or information. 

THE PURPOSE OF SAVING INFORMATION ABOUT YOU IS:
1. For use of invoice
Appointment, rescheduling or cancellation
3. If you have asked me to send an email when there is a particular course you are interested in

WHAT DATA DO I SAVE WHEN YOU ARE A CLIENT WITH ME?
- Your name
Email address if you have requested it yourself
- Phone number
- Company, address and cvr number if you want this on your invoice
- Your name and date of the session in my calendar
- Accounts / invoices which are stored for 5 years

I only store phone numbers and possibly email addresses on regular clients. If you only come once or twice, the phone number and email will be deleted. Mail correspondence in relation to appointments, questions etc. is deleted after 1 month and often before. 

When you purchase sessions through the site here, your information is not stored.

I do not keep a record of my clients. I have a duty of confidentiality.

THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
You always have the right to see information I store about you and as a starting point you also have the right to have corrections made to incorrect information or have it deleted. However, with the exception of the data which by law must be stored: Accounts. You can have additions entered there, but you cannot have either deleted or corrected in the invoice. I do not keep records of clients. Other data you have the right to have deleted or changed at any time. 

I store your information until you want it changed or deleted or after 10 years from your last activity. 

Data will not be passed on to third parties unless you consent.
